Thanks for visiting my page! I am currently in my second year of teaching Family and Consumer Sciences, and I’m loving every bit of it. In my classroom, you’ll find us diving into practical, life-applicable skills that students can carry with them long after they graduate. We cover a variety of topics, including money management, where students learn how to budget, save, and make informed financial decisions. We also explore the world of cooking, from mastering basic recipes to understanding nutrition and meal planning. And let’s not forget sewing—students get hands-on experience with basic techniques, creating projects they can be proud of.

My goal is to make learning fun, engaging, and relevant to real-life scenarios, helping students build a strong foundation in skills that will serve them well throughout their lives. I believe in the power of hands-on learning and enjoy watching my students gain confidence as they discover new abilities.
